Scheduling instructions:

  1. Select an available date on the calendar below. Once selected, a green horizontal bar will appear in the below that date with available slots to chose. Then, complete all data fields in the form below the calendar.
  2. The 1st “no-reply” email will be sent to the email address that was input in the appointment form letting you know we received your request. A 2nd “no-reply” email will be sent when we have approved your request or we will email you with a reason if it cannot be approved. Please do not reply to our “no reply” email address as these emails will not reach us.

If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and/or contact Alan at our office for confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact Alan.

Our mediations are conducted through Zoom video conferences.
