CONFERENCE TIME FEE RATES

• $300.00 per hour per side for two-sided party disputes
• $260.00 per hour per side for three-sided party disputes
• $230.00 per hour per side for four-sided (or more) party disputes
• For half-day Conferences, a minimum fee of 4 hours will be charged (3 hrs minimum conference plus 1 hr minimum for review, reports, correspondence, etc.)
• For full-day Conferences, a minimum fee of 7 hours will be charged (6 hrs minimum conference plus 1 hr minimum for review, reports, correspondence, etc.)

Although it is not our policy to routinely charge cancellation fees, should it be determined appropriate, the charge will be two hours at the two party rate for half day cases and five hours at the two party rate for all day cases.
