With nearly four decades of experience as a trial attorney and litigation specialist, Alan K. Cooper brings a wealth of legal knowledge and conflict resolution skills to his mediation practice. His career spans roles as a Senior Trial Attorney for leading national insurers, handling complex disputes in personal injury, property damage, construction defect, and commercial litigation.

Alan was Florida Civil Trial Board Certified (2015–2025) and has built a reputation for fairness, professionalism, and clarity in even the most challenging disputes. Today, he uses this experience to help families, businesses, and individuals resolve conflicts respectfully, efficiently, and outside the courtroom.
